Prepare the Hardware
Securely pack your electronic devices in their original factory box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.
Technical Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
