All FormDTM products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering any technical defects or hardware malfunctions under normal use.
How long does domestic and international shipping take?
Domestic orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered in 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy for opened electronic items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging and accessories to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
